from vented to sealed, will this work well??? i have a couple questions.

i drew something up on paint on what my room consists of now and of what i want it to be here in the next month or so. i have a few questions and im hoping someone might be able to help me out.

I dont want to sound like an ASS, please no guessers or idea fairies. just real talk from real experience. quipto is expensive and would rather be STUCK with shit that works and works well.

room is 10x10x12ft tall.
under current system made with centrex 27 gallon totes. covered with reflectix
2 thousand watt lights in cap xxxteme air cooled hoods.

i know some of these questions have been answered but i know these answers will pertain to MY setup.

1. how big should my scrubber and fan be for a sealed room? im not sure because the air isnt being expelled from the room on a constant basis?
2.how often should the co2 be exchanged. lights off NO co2. im thinking every two hours for 15 mins.
3.when lights are off should i just bring in fresh air for the whole 12 hours or just put it on a timer to give the recirculating scrubber time to scrub the odor. should i just get a second scrubber to help out when the exhaust for air exhange turns on.
4. should the chiller be inside or out of the room? do chillkings kick off any heat?
5.what type of controller would you recommend. features i think i need. co2 sensor, timer or photo cell. will turn off co2 when the exhaust and air in fans kick on. im thinking of this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001IA3CDS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?ie=UTF8&smid=A3VZKFNMHAPZBO
6. say i want my room between 70 and 75 but my res at 65-68. im thinking of this but its way over priced. http://watercooledgardens.com/product.php?productid=16439&cat=264&page=1
its three pieces. so each costs over a hundred??? crazy. i can get a stainless steel wort chiller with tubing and fittings for 5o and the watergate from the same site for 64 bucks. what about the temp sensor? hydroinnovations calls them a resistat. where do i pick those up or something similar and can it be connected to the main controller? is this the same thing as a ranco? so i even need this or just run the chillking at a set temp and let it go. for ac im thinking icebox or using one of these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CIGE9G/ref=gno_cart_title_2 in front of my blower. cheaper than an icebox and the exact same concept minus the plastic housing.f
7. what is the recommended co2 level for a perpetual grow? any charts would be cool or links would be cool.

thanks ahead of time.

Don't know all of the answers but my intake/exhaust fans run 24/7 and it seems my scrubber doesn't get it done. I would suggest letting the scrubber work during dark.

yea i was having that problem in the past. maybe a new filter or might have to go bigger. http://www.phreshfilter.com/about/size-selector.aspx this makes it a little easier. pressure in the room might be off if your room is smelling everywhere else. im no master but more pulling from the filter instead of pushing towards all the cracks and unscrubbed air waiting for you to open the door.

When you say sealed you mean your lights are sealed in now? I'm just trying to figure out the filter, it is either in the wrong spot or not needed. If the air its filtering is only coming in through filter and into the lights then why filter it? If its for more than just the air flow through the lights then shouldn't it be at the end before exhaust where it will be filtering for smell.

my hoods are vented, they have a sheet of glass on them to keep the heat from going into my room and have ducting connected for exhaust. im sure youve seen them before. i have air coming in at all times from outside. another fan is pulling air out the room. it pulls from the carbon filter thats in the room, through the lights, to outside. i just read it should be filter, fan, lights, outside. the heat from the lights can decrease the life of the fan so i should pull filtered air and push it over the lights and push outside. i hope that makes sense....lol.

my biggest concern is about the controller. i found this video for a res temp controller. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AZlvEBEjAA and found this on amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007N0J98E/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?ie=UTF8&smid=A20QEF2LEKCK8G .
when res temps get out of line the ranco will kick the solenoid open and allow the cold water from the chiller to flow into the wort chiller and chill the res.
compare the one i posted from amazon to this one from hydro innovations http://watercooledgardens.com/product.php?productid=16255&cat=264&page=1
hydro innovations is 30 dollars more expensive and the only difference is the plug. i dont think thirty dollars is a lot of money but the thought of charging me 30 for a plug and name brand isnt something im ok with. so 138 bucks for the three parts i listed compared to 329. mind you the hydro innovations temp controller is analog and the ranco is digital. at least thats way it looks to me.

no everything is pretty much contained. im only exhausting scrubbed air into another area. its not sealed now, fresh air in at all times and exhausting with a scrubber attached at all times. main questions is, how well will the scrubber work if its on all the time in a sealed room. im picking up a 750 cfm scrubber and 720 cfm fan. if i leave this on all the time when i seal the room and add the co2, will the smell be be gone by the time i exhaust? i plan on exhausting every 2 hours for 15 minutes. my other question was, is every 2 hours to often or not often enough.
