I'm a noob but I can try and help. Kinda looks like light burn to me. I got some bigger girls that got a little cooked from my 400 watt HPS and they showed some of the same marks just not as bad. You mentioned a cfl bulb, is that your entire set up or do you have beefier lights? CFLs shouldn't burn unless they are pretty much touching the plant.

I've never heard of plants getting wind burn. I think strong wind will just make it lean or break it completely but don't quote me on that.

Idk man if it's not the lights that is causing it there is some major nute problems going on. Maybe a vet can chime in with their two cents and either back me up or tell me to shut up cuz I'm talking out my ass.

What kind of "soil" is that? It just looks like bark/wood and perlite. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say your "soil" includes more nutrients than those little seedlings can handle. Seedlings get all the nutrients they need for the first week or two from their cotyledons. They tend to burn easily if they are supplied more than they need during that time.

You know what I think you just gave me the answer ... im actually using kelloggs patio plus organic which many pros said is great because it has bat guano worm casting and other stuff but those things do give off a lot of natural nutes is it possible its responding badly? My big girl was started in yard dirt for 8 days before the transplant into the "good soil" and shes doing ok . ...but even the w.w is doing ok.. possible that genetic is just weak on the quick one ?

Just to be clear the burned plant was caused by a fallen cfl shes ok my worry is the lil curled autoflower

its something to do with your medium.. either too hot or wrong ph.. all that bark leads me to think its too acidic

plants can get wind burn, i set myself back a week or 2 in 2011 by having a fan blow too hard over my clones. when i looked at your pics i knew that was kellogs soil, thats what i use in my outdoor grows. i use jiffy pellets to start seeds and then i transplant into dirt, it seems to keep the plants from burning.
