Fuck Obama The Bitch Said He Was Ending This Shit

If the companies did not have anything to do with cocaine or meth or any drug, just the flower marijuana which they registered to sell, then there is a problem. It is suspicious that nothing illegal was found and they chose to clear the shelves of legal products, and it sets a dangerous precident that if a cashier at wallmart sells an illegal drug they can come take all the legal products off wallmarts shelves as punishment. Now I think its absolutly horrible IF these guys were making and selling illegal drugs like cocaine or Meth as they dont have medicinal value in my opinion, or the laws. But if they didn't confiscate any of that then we need to see major lawsuits against the police and government to make sure it is too expensive to go after legal businesses. They will cry that it hurts the people because of the taxes they pay on an already broke state, but if thats the case maybe the govenrment shouldn't take risks going after peoples civil liberties. That is more expensive. So major lawsuit to make it even broke is the only way to punish the administration for harming the ill, and the only way a lesson will be learned.

This was the county sheriff which has absolutely nothing to do with the federal government, and if you read the release one of the charges was evasion of state tax which is a California issue not a federal government issue. To be honest I feel for him because he couldn't have picked a worse time to become president, never mind the first black president. Any president would have quite the uphill climb to pull the country out of a recession, wars, and on and on. It doesn't matter who they are, what color there skin is, they are all untrustworthy people who will say whatever people want to hear to get voted in. Sorry if my joke was taken in bad taste, it is what it is, a joke!
 
Exactly, I think most people will accept that local dispensaries should/can operate responsibly within state, city, or county law or else face penalties. However, local law enforcement agencies should not be conducting raids, arrests, or obtaining warrants for the search and seizure of so much private property on such a wide scale without major justification. As it appears in this situation, law enforcement was either horribly wrong (which raises constitutional question in regards to obtaining warrants not based upon due investigation), or they just decided to blatantly obtain warrants under false or inflated pretenses. Neither situation should be taken lightly or be very comforting for anyone living under this system - even if opposed to medical marijuana in principle.

At least they didn't shoot anyone's dog this time I guess?

Where do you see a threat in anything I posted??? Simmer down and maybe google the word "threat" Is it against the law to repeat a joke I heard about the president? Don't think so.
 
Sounds like the local police were busting law breakers. Obama only said the DEA would stop enforcing Federal marijuana laws in states with MM. He doesn't control the local cops.

The US government does not take implications of presidential assassination lightly. stay the fuck out of our national affairs and concern yourself with canada. you probably have nothing to compare this with because most people dont know or care about stephen harper or his policies.

Whoa buddy, didn't mean to piss you off. I am actually from the states, and I don't particulary care for any politicians. Everyone is so sensitive over the Obama issue, anytime you criticize anything he does or says you are labelled a racist. It was alright for everyone to bash on Bush but now you do the same thing to Obama and look the f out. I do not want this to turn into a pissing match, if I offended anyone with my taseless joke I am sorry. There I am done. I guess I will save my Lindsay Lohan jokes for another occassion.

I'm still a huge obama fan.... I just wish his policy on this medicine was more aimed towards the liberty and pursuit of Happiness (and in many peoples heath cases LIFE), as his job to uphold is for.
