ok so on labor day me and my friend got a ride to the town below ours to skate this skate park.

it was closed. so we hopped the fence and started skating.

we sat down smoked some bowls and like 10 minutes later the fucking police came.

they let us out and made us sit down.

they found our weed and our pipe and shit took it

note that they took our drugs and put them into the fucking pockets..

i know they fucking took it to smoke.

but they all had taken my fucking skateboard.
i asked the officer why he replied "it's evidence of the crime"

i called the police department that the officers worked for and asked when i would be able to get my board back. they cunt on the phone said i have to go to court and its up to the judge and or cop if i get it back.

she said i might never get it back that's some bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


plus they stole my weed and smoked it.

ha ha ha reminds me of a frnd that moved to hawaii they took his skateboard for ridin on the street and told him to get a bike...... i told him to put some trucks on a surf board and see what they do cops just don't like skaters sucks man but you could be payin 250 for the weed and 150 for the pipe in fines and a weekend in jail depending where you are they got me with a pipe and a roach and that cost me like 350 i think you can get a new board

They're just doing their jobs...for the most part. I've had some ugly run ins too...but there are some nice guys on the force man...I got caught driving with a quarter pounder a few months ago, just sitting under my seat and he did a little check. I was sober and when he asked me what I was doing with it I said it helped me sleep at night. He shook his head at me and said, "kids these days...well...I remember how it was. So just keep the weed, you aren't even high on the road, which is a sign that you're in some way respecting the law, so I'm going to ignore this. Have a GOOD night" he winked when he said good lol. Some guys are still the old stoners trapped in the ever so wrongly judge police officer, but on the other hand...there are some real faggots in there....guys that got picked on in school and have to make up for it by going after everyone and enforcing every law.

Accept what happened, skateboard and toke on your property, and you'll be 100% safer.

Im sure they would've given you the citations right then and there... Just think with all the money u'll be saving from court costs and fines you can just buy a new skateboard..

It couldve been a lot worse...u need to look at the bright side of things...

ok so you turn up at a skate park, it is labour day so park is closed. closed means no entry.

ok first of breaking and entering, secondly criminal damage, thirdly see first and second.

you smoke a couple of bowls. another crime, taking.using of ilegal substance, also could be under age.

lol well he wasnt going too give you the weed back and your board was taken because you did unlawfuly enter a private place/company./skatepark etc etc.

here is a tip. i never take my weed with me EVER, thats the rule you have too learn. cop now has reason every time he see's you too whip your arse over for a search. dont carry your stuff even if your out for the day.if a park is closed its closed find a nice street and freeride
