Okay, I looked up Richards Phillips "Dirty Vegas" artwork, here's what it said...
"Album campaign for Parlophone band Dirty Vegas. The series of sleeves features paintings by New York artist Richard Phillips. Using magazine ads and gentlemens magazines as his source material, Phillips created a series of large format paintings which bring to mind hand painted murals and billboard art. So, there was no 18+ year old female model that posed for this image, it is a mash-up of photos, just like I said. The image is controversial to begin with, but it doesn't seem like it was ever meant to be paired up with anything referring to girl scouts. Once you slap those words "girl scouts" next to that pic, it takes on a whole new creepy feeling, and Fast Buds had to have known that.
Now I'm wondering, did Fast Buds pay to use this album cover art, or did they just steal it? If I'm Richard Phillips, I'd be pissed that my artwork was corrupted, and displayed, in this manner.

I thought it was clearly a drawing and while intentionally drawing someone underage naked is a little morally vacant it's not illegal. Questioning the age of a drawing and the intentions of the artist just to be outraged also seems a little silly
