We ousted the Libyan leader from power by enforcing a no fly zone. He might have been a terrorist but he kept peace with Israel for many decades.
Now, the muslim brotherhood has taken over control. The same group that was on our terrorist watch list for quite some time. Suddenly now our enemies are our friends and we are giving them 1.5 billion dollars in aid.
This was not a bunch of militants just pissed off at a stupid video that nobody saw on the internet. This was a coordinated assassination of American government officials with the intelligence and partial cooperation of members of the Libyan government.
I think we should cut the purse strings immediately. I think we should pull our embassy staff out of Libya and not return until we have concrete evidence that the government and officials are taking this seriously and arrest and prosecute everyone involved.
I dont expect it to happen though...

I also don't think that would matter very much to many people unless it was a clear cut definite kind of conviction, which it wouldn't be because the crime scene has already been contaminated and evidence destroyed. The best we'd likely get is "this guy did it, this is why, death penalty!".. Hardly justice.
