Yeah got that, read my other post. I don't know about Italy but here when someone trespasses with a firearm it is a felony. I would quit yelling at them and start shooting, the word would get out then not to go on that guys property
he is armed and shoots at trespassers.
when a hunter comes within 150m of HIS house they too are breaking the law so why do they have more of a right to break the law than him? personally i think breaking the law to grow a plant is not as bad as shooting a gun that close to someones house.
Well to be honest, they are both breaking the law which both parties obviously are aware of that so what you have is a "Mexican Standoff" as it is so they are both taking a risk, one risking to get shot and the other risking to get busted growing. About the only three options I see is fence it, start shooting at trespassers, or deal with it and risk someone finding your grow.
even if it werent HIS land i still wouldnt agree with u dumbass hunters saying u would call the cops or destroy it.
You should mind your words, I never made that statement and several other hunters posting never did either. If you grow outdoors that is the risk you take, it sucks but that is the truth so you have to do whatever you can to secure your grow to keep it safe or out of the eyes of roamers. If you have trespassing laws enforce them, thats all you can do.
I think a couple of the other posters are trying to say is that if they are out hunting on public hunting lands and run into a grow the last thing they want to worry about is someone illegal or not possibly taking action against them in efforts
to keep their op secret. As a hunter I know that if I were caught in that situation it would be hairy and if I saw a weapon I would most deffinately shoot first as a measure of self defense. All in all a man should not have to worry about that if he is out legally hunting, at all cost I will do everything in my power to return home to my family.
