Def not Fungus Gnats... they usually stay near the soil. Whatever it is, you got alot of them!

It’s only on a few plants leaves not even the whole plant can’t figure what it is I’m in Northern California . I got them last year a little bit too .

Yea but they got a white stripe on them but the body looks like that and bend upward .

Get some BTi and neem oil, and start spraying those little shits! xD
