Fungus growing inside pot

i have this kind of problem that fungus are growing inside pot and i dont know what caused it maybe the coco soil from local hydro store or smth like that ?

high humidity and not enough ventilation probably,do u have ventilation?how humid is it?

you might be over watering and keeping the top of the soil too moiust for too long will make it go green i had it not long ago i just slowed down on the watering and let the pots dry up
