The only thing i feel bad about is my wife and daughter we lose the house i will not be abl to look them in the eyes again thinking they may be better without me.

Just had the police up the cunt got me charged with asualting him but the police officers where very helpful.
They are going to recomend i just get an adult warnig rather than go to court about it.
The police officers didn't seem to be the cunts biggest fan.
Got a meating tomorow afternoon with the store manager to decide my fate hoping my luck holds out as friday the 13th is a lucky day for me as my dautgher was born on friday the 13th
almost 12 years ago lol

Pretty weird that he "assaulted" your daughter, then HE continues to stare YOU down and not the other way. I say good on you! Should have whooped his ass the second you heard about it.

But probably a more mature way of dealing with it: taken pictures of the wounds, and filed a police report. My bet would have been that with pictures, with the other children's parents as witnesses that this Cunt (as we seem to be calling him hahaha) was indeed around your child, and with the BB Gun (which im sure he had in his house).... that he would have been arrested/ ticketed/ whatever right then.

Still, this guy sounds like a fucking joke. To pick on little kids like that.... pfffttt what a clown. +1 for the good guys.

I feel you bro, if this your first time in trouble you'll get off easy. I had to take an anger management because of a bar fight I was in, just don't be D-bag to the cops and tell them about what he did to your daughter, that ought to score sympathy points, and do the same with your boss, that could save your job. Also sound like you regret it, cry a little, and that could save your job. Hope you still have a job bro. Good luck with that.

i'm confused about the "followed you to the cage" bit. were you in the cage or outside of it when you hit him? it seems to me that if he was stalking you and was inches from your face and you felt threatened, the only logical thing to do is deck the guy. that combined with your "prior history" with the guy should paint a pretty clear picture for any judge or manager. i'm with the guy who suggested you say he was going to rob you. i don't know the rules where you are but getting robbed should be a good excuse to knock someone's teeth out.

also, good for you. fuck that guy. i hope it works out with your job.

WOOHOO still got my job thanx for the support from you all.
But got suspended for 5 days with no pay and have now got to move to a different store but my job is safe thank god or who ever listend to my last night lol.
Now to plan the next chapter of this wounderfuly coulerful life i live?
