I use it to hold the plant as it's to thin to suport itself should i do something else

Way too little light.Long spindly stems on seedlings are a very clear indication of that. A good T5 setup is what I recommend for you for next time to veg with. Keep it close and get some bush. How in hell are you going to remove that straw now? Or is it not running through the straw?
its ok, I imagine you cut that straw longways?
It's still going to screw the plant a bit trying to get it unwrapped. Suggest a silica additive soon.
