So they've grown out enough to tie them down.. today i tried to tie them down, the first plant i broke one main node off completely.. it won't be able to heal back up as its come off.
I got the other one LST'd up nicely and one side of the broken one is done, now i can either still grow both plants out or get rid of the one that i broke and grow a monster in my space.
Only thing is i'd have to transplant cause i'd prob veg or 6-7 weeks, maybe more is this possible with it already in a 11Litre pot? Into maybe a 20 litre pot.
The one that id be keeping is the 3 node beast, which i'd be happy growing out as shes a weird little fucker.
I also cloned the broken off node.

looking really good! what are you tying them down with? it looks easy to tie and soft on the plants.

search for the mainlining tutorial, basically you use uncle bens two top method over, and over, and over, so that each of eight branches (because hes doing eight that is 3 chops, one to split it to two, then another to split to four, then another to 8) gets an even distribution of auxins, hence the name "mainlining" Picture a v8 engine instead of a really strong V twin lol.
You do sacrifice veg time but for some people it's worth it because they have to wait for flowering plants to finish up anyway

I'm using tie wire, it holds its shape etc but easy enough to bend.

Yeah, cheers I've figured it out and flipped her over to 12/12 now, shes gonna have 12 tops.
Seems to be quite slow drying the soil up.. hopefully she starts drinking a bit more, been like 5-6 days since watering and still needs a few days to dry.

Shes coming along great now, had her first feed of bloom nutes schedule.
No deficiency's showing up yet!
Grown heaps since last photos, not much else to say about her really apart from her starting to smell really good :P

Just got some of these in with my 4/20 promo from tude. Looking good man. I'll be poppin mine along with ak48, hso blue cheese, blue og, delahaze, and bubblegum today. I'm going to run 1 of the c99's, 1 blue og, and 1 blue cheese organic to see the difference in taste, but that's assuming I get uniform phenotypes... Which is doubtful. KEEP US POSTED!!!

WOW someone posted! hahah.

Ohhh nice man, i'm really looking forward to harvesting this girl, shes a freak after all and resin is building every day.. its insane.
Link me your grow when you get going to see what your c99 looks like.

Yea man. I'm just waiting to see it all the seeds that germed actually sprout then I'll start a journal. So far the C99's all germed and are growing vigorously. Still waiting on a blue dream, blue og kush, and ak48 to pop through the soil. The only weak looking seed was the Ak, just kinda tiny and not the dark meaty ones I look for. Hopefully she comes through though.
Are you checking your trichomes with magnification or just going by looks for when it's finished? Would like to hear how long it takes for someone who is checking trichs. I think with what I'm running finishing times will be all over the place regardless

Awesome man, sounds like you're of to a good start.

Yea, i haven't started checking trichs yet will when they get to 7 weeks ish probably. I go by looks and trichs mainly.. And get some opinions on this site also via pictures/macros.
I'm only 38 days 12/12 now.
