G13 Labs Skunk #1

Well the other day I ordered some seeds and they are already in the US so in the next few days Ill have em planted so I wanted to start my journal.

Here is the grow setup.

starting in rockwool cubes
will move to 5gal buckets, fafard 3B mix soil (peat, perlite, vermiculite) and added worm castings.

They will veg for a month under 6500k, 5000k, and 2700 CFLs and then will flower under 2x 1Kw HPSs.

Got a great nute line up so all I need now is time.

Only ordered 1 so I hope I gets a gooden.

Skunk No. 1 was the first true stabilized hybrid to enter the Dutch Cannabis greenhouses. Sacred Seeds created it in the late 1970s from Afghani Indica, ""Acapulco Gold"" Mexican Sativa and Columbian Gold Sativa. For the first time this strain provided growers with the good taste and high of a sativa coupled with the quick heavy flowering of an indica. Having been successfully stabilized, Skunk No. 1 has been widely used as a breeding parent for most of today’s leading ""skunk"" and many other strains. It is very easy to grow and has always been seen as a standard against which others can be measured. It produces dense buds varying in colour from light green to golden with a very high yield. It is easy to manicure due to its high bud-to-leaf ratio. It has a sweet smell and taste with a cerebral high.

I did order some new seeds today and some Root Riot Cubes to plant them in so I have no more fucker ups.

Yeah I was right I fucked up a bit
all of the Top 44 I planted the other day are coming though, just another day and they will sprout.

I used plain soil (same I use though out grow) in some jiffy planters.
Yeah it sucks to failed but on the other hand I saved 2 that just almost died, 1 was limp laying over and now it's starting to grow.
Attitude sent my seeds out today so hopefully I can get my beans down next weekend.

what beans did you pick out this time? i grow the g13 labs super skunk and the femmed diesel from them too my last grow, and have to say that i was impressed with their stuff.. i was a lil nervous starting out as i haven't heard too much about them, but was more than pleased with the results..
i've got a quick ? for you.. you said that you start them off in rockwool cubes and than put them into soil from there right.. how does this work out for you? do you just throw the whole r'cube into the soil or is there something else that you do? i was just curious about this method and wheter you get good results using this method..

I've got a G13 Diesel going right now a month or so old.

Ok let me clear that up
I bought some RW/grodamn cubes said on the package (no need to soak, water and plant) yeah ok I did.
When they sprouted that was the end of the story for them (I tried moving them to save them TOO LATE)
either A the ph was off in the cubes or B there is some glue in the cubes (I read about this) and that causes problems if they arent soaked for 24hrs.

So next I tried some peat pellets, yeah they stayed coled and drowned my seedlings, what a fucking shame.

So I've fucked up $150-200 worth of my see orders over on stupid shit.

What I started growing I had some rockwools from a GH hydro set I bought, never soaked or anything, just watered and planted, and everything grew like mad, I just recently had ran out.

U can plant those cubes straight into soil OR a hydro setup either way.

Same for the root riot cubes I ordered as well.

I have about 30-45 plants going at any given time so I have alot o shit going on just check out the threads I've started if u wanna c what I got going, or ehre in my albums https://www.rollitup.org/members/phenom420-147060-albums.html

Oh here is my G13 Diesel, also have DNA sour cream that has diesel n it.

Wow, thats some sweet growth man. 30-40 plants at any given time, you suck, lol. I wish I had that space. Keep em coming.

That's why I dont have any funiture anymore as well as alot of other nice toys, had to part with em all so I could make my green room.

Oh the sacrifices we make for our plants...

yeah I parted with my first truck that was my baby and all fir the last 10+ years broke my heart to have to part.
But ya gotta lose to gain sometimes, the gain will b worth it, just gotta b patient.
It's about to kill me LOL
Man im gonna b outta weed soon until my next harvest thats gonna suck.
