Yeah man she's exploding, and I started earlier today, but I'll have to unweave her in the morning as I can't move her w/ the screen in place obviously lol. I'll definitely keep the thread rolling, even if it seems like only one or two people follow. I guess I mainly keep updating so I can have a journal for myself to look back on and review what I did in certain situations. Either way, hopefully she'll be comfortable in her new home by tomorrow morning, so I should be able to update with pictures by tomorrow night. I definitely have to order a thermostat for my fans, and get a carbon filter ASAP as I don't need a flowering plant stinking up my moms backyard.

Well she's moved...the temps during the day hung around 80 and when I went by at about 10 pm they had dropped to 70...This is fine for now, but it concerns me because I don't have a thermostat on the inline fan, so it only cuts off when the light goes off....Need to order one ASAP I suppose. And luckily its still relatively cool here, I'm afraid when the temps start hitting 80-90 outside I'll be SOL.
The only thing I can think of that will help (other than buying stuff that I don't have $ for atm) is swapping her over to flower then let her dark cycle be from 8am to 8pm. Guess I'll have to figure it out as I go, not sure on how long it will be before I can bring her home, or if its even worth it to try after the weaving is started since shes about ready to flower.
No pics as my digi cam is a battery whore. Tomorrow.

Day 39
Temp - 78
Humidity - 40%
PPM - 907
PH - 5.8
Have only been able to check on her every two days since moving, and after checking on her today I decided to post some pictures. Before she had a few tops to the screen, but today when I opened the tent I realized I had a lot of weaving to do. The main top was about 6" above the top of the screen, it just grew threw on its own. I had to bend it sideways and let it grow straight back. When bending it I realized how right ScottyBalls was when he said PE didn't like to bend very much, because she almost buckled at about the same point his did. Some of the weaving was pretty tough, and I feel like I could have done a better job, but I'm still learning. Very excited for her though, she looks so healthy compared to 2 weeks ago. I'm thinking I should probably start flowering soon?

Yeah the smell has really started to pick up the past week or so...I assume flowering will be 10x worse. I'm going to order a carbon filter on Friday, I think I can get by til then.

She was downstairs at my house and every time I'd hit the bottom stair I could smell her, now shes in a grow tent in a shed, and every time I go to open to shed door I can smell her. Smells delicious though, cant wait to taste the final product.

Thanks, I could have done better, but its my first time, and its a little hard to get to the backside of her to weave, so I'll have to keep that in mind on the next grow. That being said, I'm very excited now as well. She has about 20 different colas through the screen, which is more than I anticipated having since I haven't topped her at all, so I'm pleased. The only thing I'm worried about is vertical room, because I don't have a lot left before she's at the light...guess I'll have to try and deal with that as I go. Starting to flower on Monday I think, should have my carbon filter by then.

Quick question. Is it better to blow threw, or suck threw a carbon filter? For example: Should I place the carbon filter inside my tent, with the fan outside pulling air threw the filter. Or should I place it outside the tent with a fan pulling air from the tent and blowing it threw the filter? Ideally I would like to put it outside the tent and blow threw, and I don't have much room inside the tent to hang the filter, but I want to effectively scrub the air as best as possible. Odor can NOT exist basically since I had to move her.

Day 44
Haven't seen been able to go check on her since Friday, so I went by tonight and the tent was 60 degrees....I was pretty upset as I know she's been at this temp for the past few days, but she looks amazing. The reservoir was almost empty as well, which was also concerning, but like I said she looks stellar. I had to re-weave a ton of tops. She had about 18 or so, and a few were small and barely to the screen. Now she has about 30, and most are through. I really can't believe how amazing she's doing given all the circumstances I haven't been able to control/have time to deal with. It makes me wonder what my next grow will be like in a room built for the purposes of growing. Pics tomorrow or the next day.

I keep my grow at 64 degrees always lights on and off. So I wouldn't worry about the 60 thing just don't let her get much cooler.

Bet your stoked with all them bud sites appearin mate good part of the grow comin for you!...about the carbon filter im sure your ment to suck threw them mate not blow..... i suck air threw mine, bit of research you'l be good bro
Is the 60 temp with the light on mate if so whats night temps at??? Ive read you can get away with 60-70 on some strains, but if your droppin below 60 like 50 or less your gunna get probs bro
You may have to get some kind of heat source in there with a thermostat,,,,,im no expert tho mate so get some more info on it, i just dont want you to get into the shit when she's doin so well now!!

Very stoked. She has too many to fit them all through the screen at this point. As for the carbon filter, I've looked up a good deal of info on them, but it goes both ways no matter how much I research. I've seen pics of people using them both ways, and I would assume that you CAN blow threw them, because what happens if you can't physically fit the filter in your grow area? Either way, I'll suck through once it arrives.
I also ordered a few blocks of ONA Pro Block to use in the shed that the tent is in to hopefully help rid anything that escapes the filter. The temperatures during the lights off phase have been dipping to 50, but when I stopped by to check on her last night I unplugged the intake fan all together as we've had a cold front lately and the temps w/ the light on and the fan off have never exceeded 80F. I still have an oscillating fan moving the air inside the tent around, and I've left two of the intake vents open as wide as possible to allow fresh air in. I also bought a thermostat that will turn my fan on and off at certain temps, but I havent had time to install it in the tent yet, so it's doing me no good. Either way I'm very excited for the next two months. After moving her I had pretty much given up since I wouldn't be able to be there all the time to make adjustments, but she seems to be doing better than before so anything I get out of it is a plus in my book.
Pics tomorrow, forgot to take the digital camera when I went by earlier tonight.

Took pictures tonight, but I forgot to bring the digital camera home with me. She's getting so big I don't know what to do with her...Its a problem I'm definitely loving to have at the moment, just hoping the stretch in flower won't be too much. On a shitty side-note, the grommet that seals the drain-tube is leaking, and I couldn't manage to stop it without physically taking the unit out of the tent, which I can't do. So now every day and a half or so my reservoir will drain out into the bottom of the tent. When I check on her tonight there was at least a gallon of water just floating around the bottom of the tent. Thankfully I moved all the electrical connections up off the floor the other night. Pics tomorrow for sure. :D

Day ? (lost count by now, but today is day 1 of flower)
Went by tonight, the reservoir was almost empty, topper her off w/ a bloom blend of nutes. Swapped the lights to 12/12. Too much plant, not enough room. Some of the holes have 2 little tops through them, and some have none, but it was the best I could do with what I had.DSCN1895.jpgDSCN1890.jpgDSCN1897.jpgDSCN1898.jpgDSCN1889.jpgDSCN1896.jpgDSCN1892.jpgDSCN1894.jpgDSCN1886.jpgDSCN1893.jpgDSCN1899.jpgDSCN1891.jpgDSCN1888.jpgDSCN1887.jpg
