awh shit, everything was going beautifully when i knocked over the whole damn cup and all the soil in the cup went flying all over my friggin carpet and the stem of my sprout snapped nearly completely but not all the way. i frantically replanted it in the cup with the soil that i tried to scum from the carpet....what a messss!!! aaaa.:cuss:

my sprout is 2 in tall so far, will it survive even after that trauma and snappage? i proped the soil around it so it is standing straight. will it reheal or forget about it im doomed?

afjdslkajflk!!!:wall:

I laughed when I saw the topic cause this has happened to me a few times.

Just replant it prop it up with the soil and hope for the best, each plant that I knocked over is still alive as we speak.

i think its also depends on the roots... because sometimes the roots get ripped when they fall over... it can live through some root damage.. but... the stem did get damaged also, so thats a lot of stress... have to wait and see...

same thing just happened to me today..took it outside to get some light..used this metal rod to hold up the stem...accidentally dropped the little rod on the seedling...snapped it not all the way tho...i propped it up with some dirt....I hope it will heal if not...I have to start from step one again . lol good luck bro!

it will heal itself. Only problem would be the stress... from what i've seen so far, my babies are way genetically smarter than my cat and have a far better long term memory so you risk praying for a male:(
Best wishes anyway and good luck
