Gai green 2-8-4 power bloom

What stage of the plant would it be appropriate to start using gai greens 2-8-4 im growing autos in fox farm ocean forrest and do not want to over due it for they are 2 weeks old and already showing bud sites?
 
I would sprinkle in a little to the bottom third of your pot prior to transplant. But as said your soil may not need it.
