You need to find a copy of the crystal rainforest :D epic point and click game. must be what, 16/17 years old now. Think i'm gonna have to try and find an original copy of sid meirs pirates sometime.

While i agree, helps if you cook the darned pork first! When just chatting i used to think, cool, wolf tendancies, ok, now that i've met her i realised she'll just grab a packet of panccetta and just eat it straight outta the packet. Wolf indeed, she tells no lies :/ In fact thinking about it she seems to enjoy a disturbingly large number of meat or fish products straight out of the packet. I like mine dripping in grease :D If you don't need copious amounts of hand soap after eating, then you didn't cook it right :lol:

Hi Guyz, thought i would ask if anyone likes playing txt based games?
I like to play MMOG's and GANGSTABIGHOUSE is a favourite of mine that i play everyday, it is a Mafia type game & it has a wicked little community of gamers to interact with in whichever way you may choose (flaming is encouraged lol).
It is FREE to play but it has a CASH Jackpot (which i have won on occasion ;) ). MUCH FUN!! lol

Come along and try it out if you like these kind of games.. if you do, just msg me and i will get you into one of the TOP gangs in the game and i will help teach you, it is great fun, especially if you smoke when you play :p

Installed Spore again yesterday. Buggy and quiry, but it is rather a fun game. It seems to work well alongside my hangover. Don't thin i could handle a manic FPS right now..

I only made it through the first two minutes of the video.

yesterday the game Jaws for Nes came into my head. i really enjoyed that game for some reason. I feel like it had a good song, but maybe that was top gun.

Probably top gun, jaws didn't really have much of a soundtrack. I still need to get Jaws for my NES collection, I've got top gun 1&2 though.

Its all about time, if i had more i would.

Earth 2025 is a cool text game that i used to play. Its not fancy because there are no graphics at all, its all text driven but its a war strategy

Pirates Gold! is probably the best in the series, a bit pricey though. Of course you COULD emulate it, but where's the fun in that.

Up until you come across ay serious pc gamer who has a kyboard and mouse ;) It's bloody hilareous listening to folk talk about how good they are at FPS games on their consoles, they don't understand the meaning of a good gamer. that;s not just a pc gamer venting against a console gamer, it's a scientific fact, based on the level of control available. I was really dissapointed when they decided not to have the new counter strike as cross platform, but it was totally understandable, the console gamers would have been utterly and totally dicked over to the point of giving up playing :D

Tip Top is on point with this. I found out the hard way. Being a life long console player who recently got a gaming pc, I had no idea the difference in talent. I got MW3 for pc. After playing for about 4 months I think my average game was something like 5-15 k/d. That might be generous. Many games I would go 2-30.

I went down to the Game Stop got it for my PS3 to have a little fun. I don't think there was a game that first day I didn't kill 15 people. I'd say my average on the Ps3 is 20-7. With a few 30-3 games sprinkled around.

BIG BIG BIG difference in players. It's not only the control aspect that makes pc guys better. It's the money involved. 10 year olds don't have $2,000 for a pc and most of their parents wont buy one for them. They all get ps3's or xbox's for christmas.

So while you may sweep up on the xbox... you would be average at best on a pc.

I have all three consoles. Last year I,was,playing LA Noir on my ps3. Got,to the library shootout, every time I killed the last guy, the camera would pan out, and I couldn't move or do anything except hard reset the console. Pissed me off that I had all that time in the game and couldn't finish it.

So last week I bought Dishonored, got to a point in the game where it stuck on "loading" every time I tried to go into a different area. Swapped the game out today, took it home and same fucking thing! It may be the version of the ps3 I have, it's one of the first, came bundled with Metal Gear and is the only one that is backwards comparable with ps2 games. All other games I've had no issue with on it, though.

So I traded in Dishonored for the xbox360 version of X Com Enemy Unknown.
