I should be using more than four to be honest. 6- 8 would be preferred, but I've been having to spend money on all kinds of stuff like Christmas and New Year's :p. Going to add some more soon, but am pleasantly surprised what even just four bulbs did. As for the light spectrum, it's pretty much the same with CFLs and other lighting except that the daylight spectrum for the Crees I'm using is 5500k rather than 6500k but it has been working out fine. The other spectrum is 2700k. You want 3:1 ratio 5500k to 2700k when veg, and the opposite when flowering.

Tell me about it, he is amazing. I got close to him when he was going through some stuff and he's a mary J 3rd degree black belt (lol) and a legal grower, so he showed me a lot of love by blessing me with those jars. Is probably the nicest gift anyone has ever given to me. I am truly appreciative!
 
Thanks for the tips =D i'll be popping by my local garden/do-it-yourself shop soon to check out the types of lights they have there :)

And i would even get a jar of chronic like that just as a gift, man i would love them for ever and ever and ever :p seriously that's a lot of free dank.
 
So GQ, I gotta ask, are you still thinking about converting a dresser into a cab?

I've been looking at the one I have laying around, I just don't know exactly how I want to set it up.
