Neither, convection stove!
 
Cooking is definitely a passion and Im using gas right now. I like gas for the stove top cause electric is just is a pain in the ass; however I want electric for my stove because the heat distribution I think is more uniform than gas.
 
Just moved to the beach the area I'm in is secluded so they don't have gas out here kinda sucks but atleast I can justify my electricity bill being high.. Everyone's is
