Gelato 41 clones

This is my second grow and I just want tips n shit to make these ladies excel.
I got 4 clones under 600w hps bulb About 20inches away. I got them on the 6 November and put them in solo cups for about 2 weeks. Then I transplanted them from solo cups to 16litre fabric pots.
This is what they looking like now. I wanted to flip them on Christmas.

I can see em now. But it appears to have a possible bug issue. Maybe think about some neem spray before any hairs appear.
