I germinate my beans in a 4 x 4 inch starter. Then usually to a 1 gallon pot of good soil. Then to 7-10 gallon outdoor this year. I like to top dress dry nutes anymore. I Just don't like the liquid nute regimen anymore..
i will try that cause i left some in the cups after i germinated for like 2-3weeks and dey havent grown to big i transplanted them to a 1gallon hoping they would start growing a little faster

Honestly, you really should transplant those into a good pre bagged soil at least.. There are options. Fox Farm ocean forest is a start. Roots organics Greenfield soil mix is way better nutrient wise. BUT has been prone to bugs in their soil.these are the little ones i honestly think they were rootbounded but since i used those bigger containers approximately 1 gallon they started shooting more leaves.As yall can see i improvised because i didnt have any starters
when i go bigger im using composted soil with chicken compost but my next grow i will go that way the composted soil has a lot of dried cocoa and stuff in it so its worth a try
Hey that works ive done that too with 2liters lol but they look good overall id say since your growing outdoors you can use 5gallon 7gallon 10gallon or bigger its really up to you all depends how much root mass and how large you want the plants to grow.
