Hey sorry if this is a bad question, first time grower. 70/30 soil ,vermiculite moved my girl out side got to big for the closet. my question is that spring is the first of september. so will it reveg in the first week of spring or will it finish up. Its in week 5.1/2 since preflowers sativa dom. So I figure if I harvest the last day of spring that will be close to 11 weeks full flower. Or will it reveg. By the way still only getting same amount of time dark to light at present. soz about the bad pic. 6ft tall.

Well, if the daylight hours are more than 12 it'll reveg.

On a side note, I wonder how lengthening days would effect it? I mean, day length would normally be getting shorter as the plant ages. So assuming daylight hours were increasing, but still under 12 hours, would it still flower, as normal? Hmmm...

Did this with a failed indoor grow in the Northern hemisphere. Brought em out in early March and a bit after Spring sprung (late April), they started growing large fan leaves from the buds :o I chopped em about 2 weeks later, before they reverted further. The buds were still frosty (if a bit under done) and smoked well. But it freaked me so see this "new growth". Not to mention other veg growth was happening (swirling leaves). But I left these buds untrimmed and it was sort of nice to have a few bigger leaves to "wrap" around the stickiness :weed:

Good luck with this!

Maybe this is a silly idea, I dont know, just feel free to shoot it down lol. Anyways, since it outgrew your grow space, and since revegging will ruin it (unkess you then veg all the way through and harvest next season, which seems unlikely), could you just hack the top off and flower the remainder? I see people harvesting plants in stages, taking the top cola and letting the lower buds mature. Maybe you could cut your losses, hack the top off, and return the shorter plant to the grow space and at least get some decent bud.

Thanks for the coments. What I might do if the hours in the day reach more than 12 hours I might just bring it in and build a big ass box out of cardboard seal it so its dark then wack it in there tell its done aghhh I dont now. Thats going to be 1 hell of a job /task.

Yea I dunno. Sounds easier said than done. My first thought was that you'd want/need some sort of ventilation. If it just sits in a stagnant box it'll mold up pretty quickly sitting in there for half the day i would think. Also, bringing it in and out at a certain time isnt as easy as it sounds. There was a time when didnt have a timer and had to set alarms and be there to turn it on and off. Didnt work out so well.

Might just leave it out and see what happens only has 4 weeks to finish so end of sept, chop chop. its packing on the trics now, that it is getting full sun and getting denser so we will see cant wait for it to finish.
