Can you share a pic of them ? It's still a bit early to call it for sure but I would start to be pretty concerned it was a photo period at 8 weeks.
(edit)What seedbank and breeder did you get them from ? And what strain ? I've sort of made up my mind if it happens to me that I would cull them at day 60 or flip them to 12/12 if they are not flowering. I'm sure everyone else has their own cut off point, but mines 60ish.

Not sure which breeder but the seed bank is seedsupreme. Strains are northern lights auto and girl scout cookies auto. I usually stick with 20/4 cycle throughout the growth cycle with autos.
Check the photos and let me know plus suggest if i should flip them into a different light cycle. Its day 48 today these are photos taken today.

Yea as above say it is almost certainly a photo, I would flip now if you have height issues and I'm pretty sure your other autos in the tent will be A grade still. I've had a similar thing I had two seeds exact same strain and one started budding at like 12 inches the other one grew to about your size now by the time I realised to flip 12/12 lol.
