Damb, after all these years of toking my face off and having great jobs or education the sky has fallen on my head. I worked in the aerospace industry and have never been tested. Last January I began going to university full time so therefor thought it was a free pass to all the toking in the world (MJ is all I have ever consumed). But then low and behold they heard I was in structure repairs and they have a facillity dedicated to aerospace research and I was offered a job! &*!"
Now what I want to talk about is those bunch of papers we get before for the pre-employment shit, there in french so I will translate as best I can...It clearly stated that if you test positive then the MRO will decide if you are inapt to occupy a job or not...
So in the forms I just told the truth, I had been smoking but now I'hm not and therefor metabolites will be no surprise. My pot head friend is the director in a narcanon center! She tested positive, they hired her anyways but made her sign a statement saying she will no longer consume and that she accepts random testing to prove she stayed clean... That is sort of what I am hoping for...Any one ever heard of arrangement?
