A lot of people don't realize this, but under the Norstar section at Genetic Supply you can see quite a few crosses by Norstar available. You can select them from the dropdown and add them to your cart. However, most people still don't know the big secret i'm giving out today, they have a SECRET Menu for Norstar. What you do is add ANY item from Norstar's list into your cart then in the notes (yes they really do read the notes) you put the strain you want that isn't shown in the store and they will send it to you in in its place. Iv had 5 packs total replaced due to one bunk bean. Raw green point and fresh coast. All gladly replaced my seeds. If that’s how norstar is. Then I’ll never do business with them.
i had a pack of Symbiotic Genetics not germ and i asked if they would replace it and never got a message back. stay away from them. there genetic are not worth 200$ anyhow.

just know the ones who don't offer to send replacement is someone you shouldn't be spending money with.

yeah i know seed can be hit n miss but 200$ for 12 seeds when you probably just harvested 10-20k seeds to probably end up making 20-30k... get out of here. they got the money n enough space to not be hurting for one replacment pack.

i make my own seeds and i have replaced a pack for someone before. its simple to do. just goes to show there true colors imo. lol

As much as I agree with you. Because I never had a problem getting a pack re sent. However. Remember. This is what they do for a living. You seriously can’t be upset cause they’re making money. But I understand. They need to replace your pack if it’s truly their fault.

Whining or complaining about germination rates but not trying to contact the breeder seems like it could’ve just been grower error, but I could be wrong…

All I know is y’all are killing it, you stand out above and beyond other seed banks, really making others look bad imho with such good customer service, super fast replies to emails, major freebies, plus y’all are down to earth, honest, and no nonsense type of folks, no bs, no gimmicks, And I just can’t say thanks enough for everything!

Much love and props to y’all as always! I’m already thinking about my next order even though I have an order processing from y’all as we speak.. :bigjoint: very excited to say the least, each package from y’all is like Christmas and my birthday at once, even if it’s just one pack of seeds !

Not how NorStar is at all! They stand by their products and support their customers, and so do we! Customer service and professionalism is a HIGH priority for both!
