Can anyone from georgia tell me when we start flowering? I have been told now, but my plant is showing no sign of sex?

OK, start by telling ppl, which strain you are growing.
The photoperiod is the one to look for. less hours of day light.
look up a solar calendar en google

Only a little way from you Ga. boys in terms of Long. and Lat. (Tn here) with a full outdoor, bagseed grow. Some have shown their colors, others haven't. No worries. All will be well in the end. Be patient.

Jesus H. Christ.. I just went onto the norml website and looked at what the penalty for getting caught growing in Georgia is. I don't think that I want to grow in Georgia anymore. I think that my plants are going to die tomorrow..... f@cking sad, man.

Here's a comment from state Republican lawmaker Tommy Benton (GA) that's all over the net:

"I am opposed to the legalization of marijuana. I think we should go to caning for people caught using and maybe execute dealers."

He went on to say he's turning over the correspondence from anyone disagreeing with him to LE.

If he wants to execute dealers then in his mind growers would probably be tortured and then executed.
