Anywhere. It's cheap. ( This method is the same botanists and horticulturest use for old or stubborn seeds.I appreciate the advice thank you. Can i pick all of the supplies up at a wal-mart or do i have to go online?
Water is just the dormoncy trigger. The faster you get water into the protective shell....the faster the seed will break dormancy
(Thus why some scar seeds)
Old seeds loose the ability to convert energy in the endosperm over time. The natural hormones and enzimes that use the stored carbs/simple sugars in the embryo are weakened and deplete over time. They normally carry the growth of seedling until photosythisis can take over and produce energy.
Like I said in my previous post I would only use this method for old or hard to germ seeds.
