Yes, I found a town loaded with them 
(40k houses that is) Their are 3 houses in this town that the city is trying to sell for 48k for all three LOL. And they can't do it! They aren't in real good shape though. But hell I've been giving a little thought to picking them up and fixing them up. One of the houses is Three stories and 4800 square foot, huge colonial.
I bought a 2300 square foot home for 93k and I think I'm getting ripped off. What I want is land though. I feel that the most important thing in the near future will be the ability to grow your own food. Food prices are real low right now, to low for the real world. God forbid food goes to much higher though.
