Getting back into it after 27 years

Hi all,
Decided to get back into growing my own high after a long time away. All this amazing gear, strains, the Internet for knowledge and sharing. So much has changed.
Thought I'd dip my toe in gently, so I'm doing 1 plant, DWC, laughing buddah from barney's.
I'm a fruit and veg grower, so I have some bits and bobs anyway for growing.
Because I'm admin on some large Facebook groups for chillies and organic fruit&veg, suppliers send me free things to review. Inkbird have sent me WiFi humidity and temp controllers, their sister company luxbird sent me a couple of 600w(200w real life) leds,
My mate sold me a 315w cmh cheap with a new spare bulb and a hardly used bulb.
He's gone to spider farmer leds.
Started back in July, because I'm only doing 1 plant in a ghetto 4x4 I made, I did a long veg, topped a couple of times, some training to stop it getting too tall being sativa dominant.
Going OK so far, dwc is decent, although it takes some nursing.
I've got the kit now to do rdwc with 4 buckets and a res next time. It's a hassle shifting a big arsed plant to change the nutes.
Few pics. First day into week six. Some decent frosting. Another 6 full weeks to go. Got the dehumidifier in now controlled by the inkbird humidity thing. Trying to keep those overnight %'s down, last thing I want now is bud rot.

I've never stopped growing, more or less. Just not weed. I moved to the Netherlands in the mid 90's and moved about a bit. Was a ready supply everywhere so no need.
Moved back to the UK about 10 odd years ago, couldn't find any decent weed so just stopped smoking.
But I miss my weed, and I'm slowly drinking myself to death with homebrew, so decided to take the bull by the horns and get back into some indoor gardening. It's giving me something to do with all this covid shit going on.
