really hard to tell by eying a plant.. heck even hard to smell em and tell sometimes.. it's a pot plant and female... your 99.9% there... the name is important if she smokes like heaven and you want to grow more in the future..

No its not too late to clone. It will just take much longer to revert to vegetative growth.
