8 weeks from first signs of flower does she look close?

i'd say you still have a good bit of time left on them.. the pistils haven't receded back into the buds is the number one sign for me that they're not ready..
they look nice though, just be patient..

They keep shooting new white hairs from the foxtailing, i Beleive the heat has been abit too high

yeah, fox tailing is usually a sign of just the genetics tend to do so, or is caused from high heats ime.. i'd still give them a bit more time..
do you have a hand held microscope or a lope that's strong enough to check out the color of the tics with? you can find them online for under $15 or so.. you want to harvest when you see a bigger percentage of cloudy trics vs clear...

looks pretty ready to me; check the trichs per racerboy's recommendation; i'd bet you're fine to chop anytime from now on.

check the Trichs, dont go by the hairs, because it will just continue to foxtail and shoot new hairs out, id say its ready as long as the trichs are where they need to be
