Getting Droopy

I'm just wondering why my girl seems droopy today (day 26. it's small cuz her growth got stunted after a bad transplant). :-( I watered yesterday with straight water as usual (I haven't started nutes yet but they're on their way and will start soon) and then added some nitrate of soda to the top for nitrogen because the lower leaves are extremely yellow and added a bit more water. pH'd to 6.6 or 6.5 idr. under 400W HPS. 82F-85F usually. idk the humidity but I have a sup of water under the fan and it steadily evaporates and I have to refill it every one in awhile. It looks like overwatering. Is it just doing this because it absorbed a bunch after being dry for awhile?

Yes, this is a case of over watering. Dirt should be dryish, almost cracking on top (mostly, more sensitive strains not so much).

If your leaves are not drooping, and after you add water you can hear feint popping noises from the soil, you know you have good water/oxygen exchange.

Might be sad also cause she wants a bigger home (pot).

I know it was definitely dry. I hadn't watered in like 5 days and I felt the weight of the cup and there was no water at all in it. It bubbled a lot when I added water so I know oxygen was getting to the roots. She's looking a bit better this morning. I wish I had my nutes though...
