Getting over paranoia

So I was recently apprehended by police for smoking,
I had my favorite pipe i brought back from mexico, I very nice looking pipe, taken along with my space case =(
So this was a few days ago now,
and every time I'v gotten stonned sense its a very paranoid high,
even though I'm smoking in my house, and I'm completely aloud.
any way I can ditch this shit or?

Before you smoke do a walk through in your house and tell yourself , you are safe, you are behind close doors and your just smoking some ganja. It's almost like drinking beer, no one cares as long as you are not driving.
Worked for me, now I have no paranoia.

Just smoke less, or you can try taking a hit then waiting a minute or so for it to take real effect. Also, indicas tend to not make people real paranoid. You can also try going somewhere sort of secluded that you really like and smoking, having a great experience is often times a good way to get over a bad experience.

Apparently people do,
me and my friends where smoking in a fairley isolated spot, where we have smoked many times before (We've used this spot for 2 years now)
the cop told me we were reported...
I don't see why, its not like we were making a mess of the area or destroying anything. just talking and laughing.
What really screws me up is I enjoy smoking outside, going for a walk and generally enjoying nature, but I am now finding my self constantly checking my surroundings for "Predators"

I'v severely cut down sense this incident,
I went from smoking at least once a day
from smoking three times in two weeks,
I was thinking about picking up a new bong and a few ounces and going camping once it warms up a-bit but with being caught I had notes added to my record, saying I was caught but not charged for trafficking (I said every thing was mine, and kept my friends away from trouble) the officer then asked for I.d so I'm thinking any cop who runs my plates can see this and I'm expecting to be pulled over and searched.

Relax and learn to chill, no worrys about the police , unless you are in a public place. If you are in the outdoors, enjoy it with a full TOKE. Paranoia will wear off as you get older and the laws get more relaxed.

Before you smoke, take about 10-20 minutes to do some deep, relaxing breathing... maybe even a bit of meditation. Go around your house, check you're alone... and keep telling yourself that you're going to be okay. Because you WILL be.

just try smoking some crystal meth... in between picking at the carpet you will be on your knees peeking through the blinds on the windows. then your 'weed paranoia' will seem quite harmless by comparison

The only way I've gotten over paranoia is to just smoke more. You need to prove that you're safe by smoking over and over, and pretty soon you'll realize that you in fact are safe.

And replace that POS spacecase with a mendo mulcher.

(yeah, POS is an exaggeration, but MM is where it's AT)
