getting seeds from a plant

Hey harvest time is almost about and I have 2 plants of different types.

One has almost absolutely no trichromes and the other has heapsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

Am I able to keep the bottom buds on the plant to let them seed out while I pick all the top ones off or am I killing off the plant once I take off most of the buds!?

Have your plants been pollenated or do you have pollen to spread ? If your top budz are ready you can pick those and let the lower ones develop more .

what do you mean by pollunated?

that how your budz will produce seeds , by pollenation from a male plant like the birds and the bees
