give it another 2 weeks and post some more pics of it for us. before you toss it out. balls are male and little hairs are female. looks like your plant has both not a good thing. wait 2 more weeks. some cheech and chung advice. a health plant is good a no healthy plant is bad.
It is very young. Prolly only a month old. And not sure if it is autoflower. Unable to order seeds due to where I live. It is starting to get that skunky smell though. Im very new to this and this is my first plant. So unsure of signs of sexing. I will ne sure to rotate every day. Docs orders. Lol. Any other advice is helpful.

If it's a month old, then it could start showing sex, and that does look like a male flower. Do you have any other plants in veg right now or is that it? I'd remove it from the area just to be safe.
For what it's worth, you CAN catch a buzz from smoking the leaves from a male plant, so give it a try, you might be surprised!
