Both light intensity and heat will cause this for sure. Since he isn't bleaching and it's also happening on buds that aren't as high I suspect it's too hot in there and or nitrogen levels are too high. Definitely see come canoed cleaves in there, that would support the excessive nitrogen.That foxtailing is typically from light too close
