Looks fine to me man.

Had to pull off something similar a while back, lol.

Advice: Get those lights as close as possible man, you can pull off some nice shit with fluorescents.

Hey thanks Mr. Red, Yea it seems like everytime i move my lights any closer, my plants just start to look depressed..

looks like you dont have nothing for venialation why dont you stick a 6inch fan in there inbetween them both and push the container closer to the wall so the air moves inbetween both plants and in between the light and te plants tops that way your plants wont become heat stressed by the light getting closer!!! also would promote faster and better growth in your small space!!!!!

Depressed plants are not good.

I second what T@ll T33 said.

Get a fan going.

Also, how moveable are those tubes on the sides?

I would hate to see those leaves burnt as they grow.
