Gibberellic Acid (GA3) forcing male expression

This seems like the best way to go for producing feminized seeds so I've been doing some research on it and I think I'm running into a lot of myths about it in the RIU forums and elsewhere. So, I will make two claims and I am interested to see if anybody can come up with any hard facts or good reasons for me to retract my claims .

1) GA3 is an organic solution.
2) The use of GA3, in the doses recommended for female to male expression (100-200 ppm sprayed q.d. x 7) leads to no toxicity in plant material.

I am going to attach a file which represents the best hard data on the subject that I could find. In it, the study I found most informative was where they, if I read it right, fed rats 1 gram of the stuff everyday for 30 days and then couldn't find anything wrong with them. 1 gram is probably 1000 times more than what is being put on the plant in all 7 doses. I think what they were doing with the whole paper was contemplating crop dusting with GA3 and they found that it did not harm anything, honey bees, quail, fish, rats -- nothing.

Has anybody seen any complete discussions of this stuff around? Maybe a High Times article or something.

I also looked at colloidal silver but it seemed more complicated and potentially harmful to me...

geez, won't let me upload an itty bitty pdf, so here http://www.epa.gov/oppsrrd1/REDs/4110.pdf
