depending how fast things go, i would say by looking at the pics, you have at least 5-6 weeks to go.. i know a guy who hit his 8th week of flowering on the 3rd.. the girls STILL are not ready and they were supposed to be an 8 week flower time..
looking at your girls though, the hairs haven't even started to change and the buds are far from filling out. you will want to get a little hand held microscope or jewelers magnifying glass to check out the trichomes when you think you are ready to harvest. the trichomes should be cloudy or cloudy w/ some amber mixed in..

tok....I have my microscope and checked out the trichs for the first time today. And sadly, you are soo right. I was hoping for that 8 week flower window, but not gonna happen. I have another question for you also. If I harveest them right before the trichs start degrading, will that help give a more head high compared to couch stone? I've heard some medicinal claims that if you harvest early you get an alert type high compared to later stoner type high. Just wondering what your experience on this was if any. And thanks!

actually, if you want a more "heady" high, harvest when the trics are mainly cloudy. the more amber you get, the more of a couch lock feeling you will get.. i have noticed mostly clear/cloudy trics are more heady high. the more amber that gets involved (the closer to degrading) the more of a couch lock/stoned out of your mind high.. if you want something that allows you to function, i would say harvest when most the trics are cloudy with some clear some amber...

BTW... we all hope for that early harvest... doesn't happen often though....

Question about your "hood". Is it a hood that fits the angel of the lighting fixture or is it more of a roof that covers the whole grow space. Thinking that if its a roof thats most of the heat problem. Also.... air flow air flow air flow. These plants are like a salt water fish tank. You almost cant have to much air movemont like a salt tank cant have to much water flow.

Looking good, If you can position a fan to blow across the top of the plants, it will help to strengthen branches and move the heat away from your ladies.

Keep up the great work.

I've got a wall fan directly across from them. i had no heat issues at all until i put up the mylar and the hood. Removed the mylar, opened windows, increased ventilation and exhaust and am still 80 degrees at times. I think i'm going to decrease some lights since I did not have issues until i added 4 more. I'll post pics next week. And thanks for all the pats, i needed them.

They are bagseed from some type of black vietnamese sativa. It helps with the headaches but does nothing for the muscle pain. But i cannot complain because it gives a good heady stone without the munchies...lol. as soon as these ladies are done, I'm starting with some reeferman willie nelson seeds.

It's my first grow so I'm excited I have not killed them yet, and i've learned alot for my 2nd grow.View attachment 1314317 The 1st ladies are taking longer than I'd planned (like a lady does not keep you waiting anyway), so I am trying something with my 2nd grow...I put 3cfl's and 1 led per plant i12 010.JPGn a ghetto scrog lst type set-up. I've noticed that where the LED lights are the pistil and bud sites are much fuller than with the cfl's alone.12 009.JPG

I love the bathtub growing. I was using it as my beg area, but it quickly became too small for that, so now it's just for the flowering ladies. But I wish I had more bathrooms in my home. I'd have them all set up except for one. I love being able to water w/o having to worry about cleanup, and the set-up was extremely easy.
