I did ask him if his ph was good that was my first question if u go to post i said he told me his ph was good and he checked his run off and said it was low 6's so i ruled that out as an issue. Thats when after he flushed told me he still was having problems i had him bring me his pens to check em bcuz he called and said he was havig a problem calibrating them so i assumed he hadnt done in it awhile. It actually took about 4-5 times until i could get em to read correctly again. If the sensor stays to dry and u dont calibrate for awhile, often they wont ever calibrate correctly ever again. The cheap hanna pens r the worse for that i dont even carry em anymore nuttin but problems.
And blue lab if ur certified store like i have u dont need to mail in anything i exchange them after i check pen for issues if i cant fix it i give u a new one and i send it back.
If the store isnt certified by blue lab then u would have to mail it in but most ppl who carry their products take the classes and seminars so we dont need go thru that trouble and makes it alot easier for customers and sales bcuz its no hassle and they back their products 100% (just like Advanced Nutrients)!! Lmao had throw that in there
