Glad Mary Jane doesn't have thorn's

So I was sitting on my back porch looking at this nasty looking weed in my lawn. All stout and full of thorns. I started to think about how that really was a great defense mechanism for a plant to have. Started wondering if cows could eat weeds. Then I started thinking about Mary Jane. How bad would that suck if MJ was full of thorns.

dude, pot intended for itself to be smoked, every secondary compound a plant gives off is for one of two things defense or come and get me, this thing wanted to be smoked and crossed with others. so it made itself appealing.

I know giraffes tongues are like leather and they eat those thorny trees on the Serengeti.
