What's up with all the new people, (I know there's always going to be an inflow of newbies) that have join dates of 2008, or 2009, and 11 posts or something under 100 in 3 years, and they're asking newb, I MEAN NEWB questions?
It just seems kinda fishy, or am I just being 'noid like Hep?, or are these just a bunch of people that have been slacking in their reading and studying?

It's probably kids that like weed. Maybe now they are old enough to try growing. that's my best guess.
