Ive grown strains like this before.More leaves covered in resin then actual buds.Ive re grown them in other mediums to only have a slight improvement.They did better when the nutes were lower and reduced N.
Back off the N part of your food,raising lights or turn down like you did should help.Good runoff so your not getting build up.
Id think its mostly the lights,some just dont like it.Any red stems?
