gnats, how do you kill thier larvae in the soil?

i was woundering if any one knew of any ways to kill fungus gnats and thier larvae in soil. i havent seen any effects to my plants yet but they are every where and when i just transplanted a few of my smaller plants the larvae were all through the soil

i have no idea. the little bastards. i had a grow not so long ago and tried everything to get rid of them. harvested ok even with them there but had great pleasure is pouring some blackhead remover over them. a lot of alcohol in that stuff. lit them on fire too the cunts.

get some stuff from ya local hydro shop neem oil is good

Slice a potato in thin slices, lay them over the top of the soil, when over night they will fill up with larvae...flush them down the toilet...

Repeat this until the larva are gone

next time you will buy better soil. ie anything except miracle grow or sta-green.
