Gnats?

Hey fellas,quick question,i seem to keep getting more and more gnats in my grow room...Normal?if not what to do,girls are a month in....

Just had this problem a week ago, i kept seeing more and more gnats, so i bought a couple of fly strips, the ones you pull out and untwist, you hang them. They worked great. i haven't seen one gnat flying around, but i do see about 20 gnats dead on my 2 strips.... no odor, no poison, non harmful....

Ive got some neem stuff,do you think i should spray it on to the soil?or would that effect my buds?
