Gnats!!!?

whats the best way to get rid of these things?? like out of the whole house so they cant sneak in?? place opinions and past experience please.

the little black flying bugs are fungus gnats and they are little bastards. they are caused by over watering. lett your soil dry out and bee dry for a day or two and then once its dry put a nice layer of sand on the top.
if that doesnt work ive heard neem oil does but i had a bad problem with the gnats and that method worked for me
