One page says $5 and one says $1. How much for elite... it also says $5 for 1 month so is this a recurring?

I think it's $5 for 1 month, at least that's what I was told. You can pay through the hydro webpage, but I don't know how secure it is. You could also mail a money order.

I went to pay on the site a month or so ago and my computer didn't list the page where I put my CC information as secure. It was weird. I was, and remain, a bit skeptical.
Now, if I could put cash in an envelope and send it in, then I'd do it.
