Watching the news right now and I can't imagine what it would be like for the growers and all other people in South Carolina. Good luck to all of you out there and be safe.

Yes we can kayak downtown charleston south Carolina it's a way a life. We are sea level 0ft above elevation so when the ocean is a high tide like full moon it's under water are interstate is about 3ft under water that's I26 at the charleston Spartanburg ecit1443997094913242836784.jpg

I was stationed at and spent a couple good years at Charleston Navy base in the late 80s. Partied up a "storm" hahaha on Isle of Palms and left for another base two weeks prior to Hugo kicking both the area's asses in 1989. I loved the Charleston/Goose Creek/Mt. Pleasant areas of SC.

We've have some flash floods. My rain gauge has had over 2 ft in the last ten days. Nothing like they are getting it at the coast. So I really shouldn't be bitching.
i guess i'll shut up then.. we didn't really get hit too hard, just lots of rain and temps in the mid 40s, from being 80 like two days ago..
wind was brutal though man, gusts up to over 40 mph with the rain and temps, eff me, it was cold at work thursday and friday.. sun peaked back out today a bit though, was nice to see from all the grey we've been having..
glad everyone is some what ok though..
