Very true!

I want to share a bit more with everyone now that I am seeing results from my latest experiment

I was told that re-veggin was a waste of time by a few growers, that it takes to long. but I want to point out that it was only 3 weeks to get a 4 inch plant that has 3 internodes,,,,,much like exactly what I would have if I had started a new seed

What I did,,,,,was to keep the red light (as I told you) I then slowly increased the light time over the 3 week time, no schedule just added time every few days till I got to 16 hours, at that point I changed to blue light and started increasing by 15 minute increments. The idea was that I was changing the light much the way it changes outside when we move into spring.

I am now at 16 hours and 45 minutes and have stopped because of the 1 inch growth that I am seeing daily, which has been vigorous and consistant. because of this I am currently sticking with this schedule to watch and see what happens (growth wise)

I admit that this experiment needs to be tweaked but I feel that this may well be something to share and consider as a healthy re-veg in 3 weeks makes total sense to me
man your great riddle!! I love that technique, and your other methods have been nice too. I actually did the reverse for beginning of flower. i decreased light everyday by 30 minutes from 20/4 to 12/12 to simulate fall coming on. a lot of folks that read that criticized me for doing that. if my plants finish in time, i intend of putting them outside during april and see how they reveg, depending on if I get clones or not. if not I will reveg in my cab as you did and apply your technique. great thread riddle, cant wait for you to get into your new place so you can start your CMH up!

peace and keep her green

Always glad to help others, and I like it that my experiments are showing new growers how to get thier grow on

Can't wait to see how your Anttonette turns out

I think it's cool that Matilda has a cousin :bigjoint:

So I did not take a pic this morning, decided to wait a few days

but yeah she grew another inch (easily) and I'm now seeing that she is mature, nodes are uneven and on that one branch there are now 3 distinct branches

I am hoping that another branch will come out on the other side, there is some growth there 2 spots where she greened up but they are going slow seems she is putting most of her energy into that one branch?

Also wanted to share that I am not watering her until she shows signs of being under watered. This is because I know that she was rootbound in that coir pot and that after I removed it with being towards the end of flower she did not put energy into root growth, so I am letting her do it now, knowing that she will spread those roots out now that she is back in veg

will post more pics this weekend

Ok here are some pics, only been 2 days since the last one, you will see what I see (I took closeups) very vigorous growth

closeup of the stem structure, the new leaves and the two green spots that I am hoping become stems? Also that knarly leaf is in the last closeup and you can se it has trichs on it, really cool looking

Still have not watered yet

I took her out to water her and was getting ready to trim her old buds away, got to lookin and decided to get the clone I wanted and try and force those little green leaves to grow back out

So pic one is of the cutting in clone solution (a bit blurry, sorry)

pic two is all that is left and we will see what she does

So far cutting/clone is thriving, standing up and looking healthy in my little heated propigator

and low and behold Matilda is going again, the nub I left has more new growth on it, the little bit I left at the bottom is taking as planned

If the clone survives I will turn it into a mother

gonna wait till next weekend for more pics

Hey riddle, nice long thread here lol. I initially started reading because you mentioned your H2O2 research on another thread I was reading. I couldn't find any info on where you bought it or what % strength you found... I don't want to use the 3% because of the stabilizers and I would need to purchase TONS of it. I called a local store that has some food-grade but they were out and asked for my name and number (which made me a bit nervous) but there are so many uses for this stuff I cant imagine they suspect anything.

So where do you get yours?

I also looked into hygrozyme but I guess it doesn't actively clean like H2O2, it is more of a preventative thing. Still learning,

Good luck

I just use the 3% have not had any problems, but still experimentin with it

yeah the good stuff can be used for making bombs so they are gonna get your address etc. gotta be careful

O damn, lol. Gotta think of something to tell them when I get it so I don't look like a bomb builder or a pot grower. I wanna just say I'm using it in my iguana cage to help break up the algae on my water pump.

Clone update

wanted to show everyone a updated clone pic, she is in the sand, (already detailed in the NooB thread) and thriving

The nub I left on the plant is still green but as yet not sure what she is gonna do?

Till next time
