I dunno about the whole drug conviction thing, I have a possesion charge and am currently receiving pell grant and both subsidized and unsubsidized student loans. I may have just said no if they asked on the form tho not sure. They would have saw it if they looks cuz Im in the FBI database so Im not sure

I'd do the leg work and find out...cause if they fucked up your responsible. And paying back all that money will be on you. Be careful.

I think what this means is that if you are charged/convicted during the time you are trying to receive benefits. mine was like 6 or 7 years ago so should be good
